Terms of Service

Please inquire through twitter DM.You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.You may not mint my art work. I do not support NFTs, nor am I interested in partaking in them.You may NOT use my art for AI training or AI generation.You must be 18 or above to commission me.The work is for personal use only and may not be used for unauthorized commercial use, unless we agreed upon a commercial type commission.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.You are not allowed to copy or trace the work in any way, unless given.You may edit the piece for icons in terms for cropping for banners, icons and headers.You may repost the work you have commissioned as long as you credit back to me, and only post the small watermark version when it comes to coloured pieces.You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

Process & Payment

Commissions are not "first come, first served". I reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or i'm not able to work on it.I will only accept EUR (‘Euros’) as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.Payment is up front. I will not start your commission until the payment has been fully received.Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved i start working to completion. If you desire to check inbetweens please let me know beforehand. All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

Workflow

I will always send you a sketch of your commission, in case of minor changes. After confirmation, it will go into production. In case of it being JUST a sketch commission; you will be sent a rough sketch first.I send out guaranteed WIPs of the sketch, lineart and flat colour stages.Wait times can be between 1 week to 5 months. By commissioning me you agree with the wait time.You may ask for updates, but don't poke me every other day about them.

Commercial Usage Agreement

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg.
